The project is located in the southern region near the “Vecaresti” National Park, in the “Aparatorii Patriei” area and borders the prestigious district of the Romanian capital “Berceni”. This Bucharest district was born between the Highway “Berceni” and the Highway “Oltenice”. The area is currently expanding south of the capital, a market is under construction, the metro is being modernized - in other words, “Aparatorii Patriei” is in full development.
The project is located in a quiet area of Bucharest, near a park zone, and is an ideal combination of natural and urban rhythm of life in the immediate vicinity of Lacul Morii, just 500 m from Lujerului metro station, and 50 m from tram line 41. This is the largest lake in Bucharest [2], whose area is 246 hectares. The lake is located about 6 km from the city center and is located between: the Krangani region in the east and southeast, the Giulesti region in the north and northeast and the village of Roshu (Kjaina commune) in the southwest. The lake allows you to create a recreation area in the vicinity of Krangani and provides a safe drainage flow on Dymbovice in the capital.
